A back-to-back single split (indoor unit and outdoor unit on opposite sides of the same wall) typically runs from around $1,800–$3,200 fully installed, depending on capacity and brand. Longer pipe runs, multi-storey installs, or upper-tier brands push that higher. The VEU rebate (when eligible) brings the net price down further.
Most Victorian homes and small businesses qualify if you're replacing an existing gas heater, electric heater, or older air conditioner with a new high-efficiency reverse-cycle unit. We assess your eligibility for free during the quote and handle the entire paperwork process.
